1. ¿How much did I delay Santiago a Olmué?
The fastest way is to travel along Route 5 North, to Til Til, and to cross La Cuesta La Dormida. It has a distance of 80 km and it takes 1 hour 1/4.
You can also travel on Route 5 North, continue to La Calera, and enter through Quillota, San Pedro, Limache and then Olmué. In this case they are 150 kms and about 2 hours of travel.
The third option is to take Route 68, on the way to Viña del Mar, turn off at Lo Vásquez through Lo Orozco to Villa Alemana, then Limache and Olmué. The trip is similar to the previous one, 150 kms and about 2 hours of travel.
2. ¿How can I get to Olmué, if I do not have a car?
The company Pullman Bus has a frequent direct route to Olmué, which makes the route through Til Til and along the Cuesta La Dormida. The trip lasts about 2 hours and the buses leave from the terminal that is located at the Universidad de Santiago subway station. The departure of the buses is every 2 hours approximately.

3. ¿The rooms have a private bathroom?
Yes, all our rooms are modern and have an exclusive bathroom, bathtub, shower, telephone, safety bar for the handicapped, soap and shampoo.
4. ¿The rooms have towels and sheets?
Our rooms have all the amenities and hostel services, such as towels, sheets and maid service.
5. ¿The cabins have a kitchen?
The rooms do not have a kitchen to prepare food.
6. ¿You have to bring towels for the pool?
Yes, you have to bring towels for the outdoor pool.
Hosteria el Copihue lends towels inside the heated pool, for passengers who are staying. These towels are for use inside the heated pool and should not be used in outdoor pools or in rooms. The towels in the rooms can not be used in the pools (tempered and outside). Customers who come to enjoy for the day, should bring taollas for the pools.
7. ¿What time is the entry and exit of the rooms?
The entrance to the rooms ( Check In ) is at 16:00 hrs.
The exit of the rooms ( Check Out ) is at 12:00 hrs.
These schedules could be flexible and check-out later, if the room is not compromised, prior confirmation and authorization at reception.
8. ¿If I arrive at 23:00 hrs, I must check-out at 12:00 hrs.?
Yes, the departure time is mandatory for the room, if it is compromised. That does not mean you should retire from the inn. You can continue enjoying the facilities throughout the afternoon, have lunch and drink if you wish.
9. ¿Drinks are included in meals?
Drinks are not included, since they are charged according to the consumption of each person. We have a wide variety of beverages, beers, wines and natural juices. The house offers a welcome aperitif.
10. ¿There is satellite TV in the rooms?
Yes, all our rooms have Satellite TV.
11. ¿They have internet?
Wi-Fi internet is available at no cost to our customers throughout the Hosteria.
12. ¿What kind of food do you consider the full board?
Our pension considers a buffet breakfast and for lunch and dinner it is served according to the menu menu. The lunch menu considers 4 courses (starter, cream, main course and dessert), and for dinner the menu includes 3 courses, (cream, main course and dessert).
On Saturdays and Holidays the lunch menu is elective and includes a greater variety of alternatives for each dish. In the case of a special diet, it can be prepared at no extra cost to the passenger.
On Sunday, a complete lunch buffet is offered, with a wide variety of main dishes and desserts.
13. ¿If I go with a baby, I can prepare special meals?
In general, a large number of families with small and older children are received, therefore they often prepare special paps and soups for the guaguitas. Thermoses are also prepared with boiled water, especially for milk during the night.
14. ¿In the rooms, they have a crib for babies?
Baby cots are available at no cost. It must be requested in advance to ensure availability.
15. ¿I can go for the day to the hosteleria?
Yes, the restaurant operates every day of the year, you can come to enjoy a nice lunch, drinks with your family and spend a pleasant family day.
16. ¿If I go for the day, I can use the cold pool?
Yes, everyone can make use of it, under the following conditions:
If you come to visit us for the day to have lunch or drink onces, with a pre-established minimum consumption, and paying a preferential entry, you can make use of the cold pool during the whole day.
For all those customers who come to the Restaurant and consume the lunch menu, the payment of the Cold Pool will be released.
17. ¿The heated pool can be used if I am not staying at the Hosteria?
Yes, everyone can use the heated pool. If you come to visit us for the day to have lunch or drink onces, with a pre-established minimum consumption, and paying a preferential entry, you can make use of the heated pool during the whole day.
All the passengers that lodge in the inn, have the free tempered pool.
In the heated pool, the use of a swimming cap is mandatory. You can bring it or buy it here at the hosteleria.
If you want to bathe only in the heated pool, without making any consumption in the restaurant, you must pay the full value of the ticket.
18. ¿They have rooms for events?
The inn has several rooms, which can be used for business events: field trips, seminars and congresses. Also for family celebrations: weddings, baptisms, birthdays or wedding anniversaries.
19. ¿The inn has outdoor dining?
We have a beautiful outdoor dining room, on two levels, under a large wooden structure, overlooking the majestic trees of the gardens and providing a pleasant shade.
We have a capacity for 200 people outdoors and another 240 people in the 3 interior dining rooms.
